Wetland Buffer Restoration
Restore native vegetation around selected wetland edges to strengthen habitat and reduce soil runoff. Local partners will help identify appropriate sites, choose native plants, and prepare a community maintenance plan.
The work is shaped around local environmental priorities and community participation. Activities are planned with local partners, use approaches suited to the site, and include ongoing care so benefits can continue beyond a single activity. Volunteers contribute through practical tasks, learning, and collaboration with residents.
