Project Smile
Project Smile is a initiative launched by the Volunteer For Environment, Forest and Climate Change. The project aims to increase forest cover and improve the quality of existing forest resources in the country. The project is implemented under the BES and is focused on involving local communities and stakeholders in afforestation and forest conservation activities.
Under Project Smile, the aims to achieve several objectives, including:
- Increase the forest cover in the country by planting and nurturing trees.
- Improve the quality of forest resources through soil conservation, water conservation, and other measures.
- Encourage local communities and stakeholders to participate in forest conservation and management activities.
- Enhance the biodiversity of forests and promote wildlife conservation.
